AGAPE: design and develop an advanced technological platform capable of providing innovative personalized services

-> for adults over 65 (primary users)

-> informal/formal carers (secondary users)

-> care organizations (tertiary users)

Through the active involvement of the identified target groups, AGAPE’s innovation adoption strategy follows co-creation approaches and aims at the validation of three main categories of intervention:

1. distribution and dissemination of the Agape platform, which provides advanced and personalized healthy and active ageing services with the aim of adopting these services and making them sustainable;

2. identification of strategies for an increasing use of digital services, training and coaching services, behavioral change strategies;

3. proof of the adoption of innovation: the Agape platform, through specific KPIs, will make it possible to monitor and obtain the outcomes of the innovative process of implementing the proposed services and the related performances.

This type of interventions will constitute an added value for care organizations to improve the services provided, to train the carers involved and to adequately represent the value of the services towards decision makers. The strategies for adopting the innovative services of the AGAPE project will be implemented and evaluated in three different European countries (Italy, Portugal, Romania) and the integration of Agape services with the various existing local ecosystems will be promoted, in terms of organization of services, policies, business models, needs and wishes of the various end users involved.

Specifically, about 200 end users will be identified, including adults over 65, carers and care organizations, through which the innovation introduced by the Agape platform will be given.

MEDEA is the project coordinator and will manage the impact assessment and maximization.
